Business Travel Support Letters

To receive a business travel support letter, you must have an approved Microsoft Ignite registration and have paid in full (if applicable). This is Microsoft policy.

Please login to your registration and click on Business Travel Support Letter under the Quick Links on the right of your confirmation page. You may email microsoftignite@microsoft.crgevents.com if you have any questions.

Microsoft is not responsible for contacting embassies or scheduling interviews on behalf of attendees and cannot expedite embassy timelines or procedures. Please contact the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in your country with questions regarding your visa requirements.

Business Travel Support Letters for Guests
Microsoft Business Travel Support Letters can only be provided to Microsoft employees or other business visitors (registered Partners or Customers) engaging in Microsoft-related travel. Letters for spouses and family members are no longer provided per Microsoft policy. Conference attendees may provide an accompanying dependent family member with a copy of their Business Travel Letter in support of their visa application.
