To make a change to an existing hotel reservation, sign in to your registration via Returning Services with your Microsoft account. Once in your record, click on the hotel tab and you can create a reservation, select additional or remove unwanted dates to your existing reservation, or cancel the reservation completely. You may also contact the registration team, Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Time for assistance.
After August 29, 2017 at 3:00pm Pacific Time, you will no longer be able to make any changes to your existing hotel reservation via Returning Services.
Beginning September 7, 2017 at 5:00pm Pacific Time, you must contact the hotel directly to make any reservation changes. All reservation date changes must be made no later than 72 hours prior to your schedule arrival date to avoid cancellation fees.
