Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be completed online through your registration confirmation page or sent by e-mail to microsoftignite@microsoft.regscv.com by the dates listed below.
  • Full Conference Pass: A full refund minus a $300 processing fee will be issued when a cancellation is received by 11:59 PM Pacific Time on Friday, October 11, 2019. Refunds will not be issued after Friday, October 11, 2019.
  • Convenience Passes: The Convenience Passes are non-refundable once payment has been submitted, regardless of cancellation date. SOLD OUT
  • Microsoft Ignite Pre-Day Workshops: A full refund minus a $50 USD processing fee will be issued when a cancellation is received by  11:59 PM Pacific Friday, October 11, 2019. Refunds will not be issued after Friday, October 11, 2019.
  • Diversity and Tech Pre-Day Sessions: A full refund minus a $25 USD processing fee will be issued when a cancellation is received by 11:59 PM Pacific Friday, October 11, 2019. Refunds will not be issued after Friday, October 11, 2019.
  • Microsoft Ignite Celebration Companion Pass: Refunds are available for the Microsoft Ignite Celebration Companion Pass up until the registrant has checked into the conference. SOLD OUT
  • Travel and Hotel: Cancellations of travel and hotel reservations are the responsibility of the registrant. Through Friday, October 11, 2019, hotel reservations made through the registration website are automatically cancelled when the corresponding event registration is cancelled. Please see the  for more info.
Should Microsoft cancel Microsoft Ignite, paid registered attendees will be refunded their registration fee only. No other costs will be refunded.
